3000m2という小さな都市の空隙を、隣接する柿川を劇場として取り込み、訪れる人が人類の存在と宇宙との関係を感じ、平和を希求するしつらえとした。 柿川を舞台として光、水、音の演出により繰り広げられるドラマは過去の戦争で失われた1460余名の魂への鎮魂歌である。
A 3000 sq. meters' small void of the city was refurbished to manifest the message : "Aspiration for the World Peace". Visitors feel the human existence through communicating to the Heaven by the produced effects of light, water and sound. The neighboring Kakigawa river is utilized fully as the theatrical setting. The park itself is the requiem for the 1460 victims of the last world war.
