380haの駅裏に広がる山地を生態的な分析からはじめ、微地形を生かしながら、小規模単位で開発する手法の提案。12の異なったテーマを持つ邑構想（黄道12宮）。実現化はされていない。

380 ha mountainous area was ecologically analyzed and we proposed to develop in a small scale unit, making the advantage of microtopography.
Land planning is carefully decided. Twelve rural communities with 12 different themes from the zodiac have been plotted according to the adequacy of each site. (This was not realized.)
