ヘルシンキ市中央駅北側162haの国際公園コンペにアジア代表として参加。
中心の湖の水質浄化をデザイン化した渦を中心に２元論で展開、重層化した未来の公園のあり方の提案。アアルト設計のフィンランディアをはじめ、美術館、オペラハウスなど各種の文化施設の集積する、二つの湖を含む広大な公園と鉄道操車場跡地を併せた敷地に、フィンランドに相応しい、水と音楽、宇宙との交歓などの豊富で多様なテーマを時間軸を織りまぜて展開し、成長する公園を提案。

Adjacent to the central station, the given site is provided with many art and cultural facilities including Aalto's masterpiece, Finlandia (music hall) and the main features of the site is a large lake named Toolonlahti. The design concept is "Cosmophilia" and various scenes are provided with waterscape, soundscape and lightscape. The main aim of the waterscape is to purify the lake's water by creating a natural purification system as a cosmic design.
